There is something a California rain that’s sexy but especially during seasonal changes. The domestic goddess deep inside me was craving all sorts of yummy fattening comfort foods. I #RebukeTheCalories in name of Jesus and decided to cook a few healthy comfort food options instead. Just because I’m hibernating for the weekend doesn’t mean I’m undoing months of suffering and sacrificing for the fashion gawds. I’m still watching my girlish figure. Memorial Day is in two weeks. Summer is just around the corner. Oh the yummy temptations. A quick store run before the real heavy rains comes, I made sure all essential foods and snacks were stocked. I prepared a grocery list keeping in mind what foods I already have at home that I can incorporate my lifestyle meal plan and my monthly food budget.
