#Glam : The Spring Cleaning Makeup Look

Spring is the season of re-birth and re-newel. Spring forward with a new love of makeup. I am in phase one of my fantasy mermaid transformation. Since my hair color is so colorfully, I wanted to play around with an everyday wearable smokey eyes with pinks and browns. Finding the perfect natural or nude smokey eye to accent these beautiful hues of greens and blues in my hair is no easy task but I’m up for the challenge. Makeup kit spring cleaning officially starts today which means I get to shop for more makeup. Of course that does not mean I can just walk out the house looking disheveled. I pulled together this makeup look calling it the ‘Spring Cleaning’ Makeup Look. This is the perfect look for cleaning up around the house, last errands or that hey don’t judge me I’m still cute even if I am saving a few coins at your garage sale.

The Spring Cleaning Makeup Look

In the spring and summer months I am totally obsessed with having a glam goddess glow. Imagine a sultry glow on my chocolate skin tone. #SLAYED to the gawds honey! It’s a little too early for a heavy glittery lid but a little shimmer can go a long way. But Milani has these eyeshadows called Crystal Eyez that gives a sparkling finish on the lid without looking too overly made up during the day. In true makeup addict form I couldn’t resist the shimmer so I purchased all three colors to play with; Glamorously Glittering, Delightful Dazzling and Beautifully Brilliant. Full details on my spring makeup haul will be added soon.
